Lifestyle-Friendly Business Model
The Wake Up and Waffle franchise is designed around a daytime operating model. Our operating hours are 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., seven days a week, which allows Franchise Partners and their team members to operate a successful breakfast and brunch concept without the late-night schedules that are common in many restaurant concepts. This allows you and your team members to enjoy activities with family and friends outside of the workplace during normal times of the day.

Leadership with Deep Restaurant Experience
The Wake Up and Waffle leadership team has more than 70 years of combined
restaurant operations and management experience across daily operations, food
preparation, menu development, and guest service. Their experience guides our
systems, operational standards, customer service protocols, and franchise training and
support programs.
Comprehensive Franchise Training & Support
Our Initial franchise training program includes approximately 175 hours of training,
which is conducted at our corporate-affiliated location in Sandusky, Ohio, online, and at
your franchise business. We also provide 10 days of additional onsite training and
support at your franchise location commencing shortly before the opening of your
franchise business.
A Comprehensive Franchise Operations Manual
Our 400+ page Franchise Operations Manual addresses every aspect of the Wake up
and Waffle franchise business.
Robust Grand Opening & Local Marketing Support
Our nationally recognized marketing agency conducts grand opening and local
marketing programs and social media campaigns on our Franchise Partners’ behalf that
are tailored to their local market to drive customers to their Wake up and Waffle
franchise business.
Site Selection Assistance
We have a relationship with a national commercial real estate company that assists our
Franchise Partners with identifying and evaluating potential locations for their franchise
business, which takes the guesswork out of the site selection process! There is no cost
to our Franchise Partners for our real estate company's assistance.
Franchise Funding Solutions
Prospective Franchise Partners who intend to obtain funding for their Wake Up and
Waffle franchise can explore funding options with a well-known franchise funding
company that supports our Franchise Partners. The company offers a number of
funding solutions, including SBA loans and IRA/401(k) rollover programs.
Single Unit & Multi-Unit Franchise Opportunities / Franchise Fee Discounts:
We offer a single-unit Franchise Fee discount of 25% to the first three franchises we grant,
honorably discharged military veterans, and emergency responders. Area Developers
receive a 30% discount on the Franchise Fee for each additional franchise they open.
